Daytona Sandown Park is an exceptional kart racing venue ideally located within Sandown Park Racecourse. The circuit is a 900 metre clockwise pro karting track combining straights of varying lengths with a variety of technical corners with plenty of overtaking opportunities. This track is widely considered one of the best circuits in the UK.

The Karts are 160cc Honda twin engined prokarts with a top speed of 65 mph.

The Details

Start Time: 12pm

Upon arrival, each driver will be equipped with race gear before attending a safety briefing. This is followed by practice laps and a qualifying session for grid positions.

The race will begin with an F1 style grid formation, teams having decided on their starting driver. Once the race has started, each team will decide their own strategy and plan their individual driver changes throughout the race.

Lunch is served during racing.

A raffle will be held during the afternoon as well as other competitions to win your team bonus laps. There will also be chances to buy opposing teams ‘black flags’ and add extra time to their laps.

The team completing the most laps at the end of the race will win and the day will end with a prize giving ceremony.
