Each flat consists of a bed – sitting room, kitchenette and bathroom  and are fully furnished. There are an additional 15 units which are owned by Orbit Housing Association.

The building is of brick construction under a tiled roof. UPVC glazing  has been installed and there is a door entry system.

The flats are let to working stable staff employed by a member of the Newmarket Trainer’s Federation. All occupants are on Assured  Shorthold tenancies.
